60 minutes of attention to your tired feet. Expert hands navigating their way around your feet. Your therapist will offer feedback, if you would like, on what areas on the feet represent in the body.

Reiki is a method of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Our Reiki practitioners direct energy in a particular pattern thru light touch to heal and harmonize the meridians of the body. Reiki seeks to restore order to the body whose vital energy has become unbalanced. Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality, and increases energy as well as providing a deep sense of calm.
Infant Massage Instruction // 60 Minutes // $90
Learn one of the most nurturing ways to bond with your new baby in this one hour session.Infant massage provides tremendous physical and psychological benefits both to the child and the parent, promotes better sleep, stimulates neurological development and enhances communication. Infant must be at least 4 weeks of age.

We have a team of massage therapists trained for Corporate Seated massage. Chair massage is perfect for special events, employee retention and/or appreciation. Employers are fast recognizing seated massage as a much needed and increasingly popular service in the workplace. Human Resource managers have reported it as being responsible for increasing morale as well as reducing stress, illness and absence. We perform corporate seated massage at present for many well known Northern Virginia Businesses, some on a weekly basis.
